1. Non-Delivery of the Product/Service

If you do not receive a product or service due to an issue with courier, email, or technical transmission, you may request a refund.
You may be required to provide proof that a complaint has been filed with the respective courier or mail service provider regarding the missing delivery.

2. Download or Access Issues

If you face difficulty downloading digital products, accessing software, or utilizing online services due to browser, firewall, or network restrictions, please contact your respective browser or network provider.
As our software and portals are compatible with all major browsers, Vyapar Seva Kendra does not guarantee refunds for issues arising from user-end technical or configuration problems.

3. Software Defects or Technical Errors

All our digital solutions and software are thoroughly tested before release.
However, if you encounter a technical defect or operational error, please report it to our Support Team immediately.
Refunds or credits for verified software defects will be assessed at Vyapar Seva Kendra’s sole discretion, based on the nature and extent of the issue.

4. Product/Service Not-as-Described

If you believe that a product or service does not match its description, you may submit a written refund request.
Such cases are reviewed individually, and refunds (if any) are processed only after internal verification.

5. Franchise & Service Fees (Non-Refundable)

All franchise fees, service charges, consultancy fees, or any other business-related payments made to Vyapar Seva Kendra are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Applicants and partners are advised to review all Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and official communications before making any payment.

We do not represent or issue any government, UIDAI, or CSC-related license or authorization.
All franchise fees and consultancy payments strictly pertain to Vyapar Seva Kendra’s independent private business model and not to any government service or entity.

6. Cancellation Policy

• For Services: Once a service request has been initiated or completed, it cannot be canceled.
  Cancellations requested before processing may be considered for partial refunds only at Vyapar Seva Kendra’s sole discretion.

• For Subscriptions: Subscription-based services will be billed as per the chosen plan.
  You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds shall be issued for the remaining subscription period.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations will be reviewed by the Vyapar Seva Kendra Support Team.
The company reserves the right to approve, deny, or partially process refund requests based on its internal policy and verification process.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in Thane, Maharashtra.
